    This is not the location of OII .. which is physically part of the north-west wall of Balliol College on St. Giles (across from the Martyrs Memorial, The Randolph Hotel, etc) .. this map has it on the eastern side (next to Blackwells).

    Even though it is commonly referred to as the "Bridge of Sighs", this is really the "Hertford Bridge" which links the new and old quadrangles of the Hertford College. In fact, the Wikipedia entry that is linked to here, mentions that this bridge resembles the "Rialto Bridge" in Venice rather than the "Bridge of Sighs".
